Customer Service Introduction
Thank you for your continued support through out the years that allows us to carry on our purpose to provide for the skateboard community. We strive to offer a great experience for shopping in store and our online store. That being said please review the following information regarding our shipping, return and exchange policies. Shipping
We make our best efforts for all orders placed on weekdays before 4PM to go out the same day the order is placed and if not the following morning. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday. We currently ship using USPS Priority or UPS Ground. If you have a preference for shipping services, please let us know in the notes of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We truly appreciate your support and will do our best to accommodate your return if it is absolutely needed. We ask you if you are unsure about any aspect of any given product whether it be a specific dimension of a board, the fit of any shoe, length of a shirt or what ever it may be, please contact us prior to ordering. We will be happy to answer all your questions.
All and any returns must be made no later than 10 days after receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping and if a product is being exchanged, additional shipping costs will apply.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Sale items
- Items purchased with a promotional code
- Phone orders
- Quick strike/Launch product/Limited items
In the event of an exchange, all goods must be returned in the original packaging exactly how you received the order. This includes extra laces with footwear, packing paper included in the shoe box, tags attached to the items and to be in new unworn condition.

We accept payments from MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal. All items being purchased are new and 100% authentic from the manufacturer.
